Colorado Rapid Response Network
Safety, dignity, and rapid support for immigrant communities
We operate a statewide hotline, verify reports of ICE activity, coordinate trained volunteers, and connect community members with legal and humanitarian resources. With our partners across Colorado, we protect families and defend fundamental rights.
- Our Mission
The Colorado Rapid Response Network (CORRN) is committed to responding to raids, deportation, and any Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity happening across the state in our communities. Our network is made up of multiple immigrant advocacies and activist groups.
- Our Story
After Trump was elected in November of 2016, a group came together to better coordinate efforts and gave rise to two areas of work, sanctuary schools and the Colorado Rapid Response Network. Click below to read our full story.

How To Report Ice
Witnessing I.C.E. Activity?
Here are the steps to reporting and what you can expect.
- 1. Call 1-844-864-8341 and dial 1 to speak with a volunteer dispatcher 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- 2. The dispatcher will ask you for location and situation details, then send trained volunteers to the scene.
- 3. If it is an I.C.E. raid, legal observer volunteers will record the event, identify the agents on the scene, and inform the people involved of their constitutional rights.
- 4. After the incident, volunteers will follow up to connect people affected with a local member of CIRC’s statewide DocuTeam. They will work with you to further document the event, refer you to legal resources if necessary, and create a plan of action.

Want to Report a Past Interaction With I.C.E.?
Follow these steps to report past interactions.
- Call 1-844-864-8341 and dial 2 to leave a message. Make sure to leave your phone number and town.
- A nearby DocuTeam member will reach out to you within 3-4 business days and work with you to document the incident.
Why does it matter?
Documentation monitors police/I.C.E. collaboration, detects patterns that can guide our legislative efforts, and builds a robust statewide network of people resisting deportations in their communities. The testimonies of directly impacted people helped Colorado repeal our “show me your papers” law that forced local police to act as I.C.E. agents in 2013.

Join our Docuteam
Join the team of volunteers who document past ICE incidents. When Hotline Callers call our hotline, they can choose to select option 2, where they can be connected to a volunteer trained to document a testimony of a past ICE incident or Police-ICE collaboration. Noting these testimonies supports legislation that protects human rights and due process for all Coloradans regardless of their status
